Kealia Resort 604

Kealia 604 was the perfect condo for our vacation. It has everything- a well appointed kitchen, endless oceanfront views from every room and the lanai, a small quiet complex with a dedicated parking spot in the garage, kind neighbors and a great, communicative management team for anything we needed.

December 2020 vacation

Kealia Resort 604

Wonderful location, extremely well equipped, beautiful view, spotless pool, management very easy to work with. Air conditioning not entirely satisfactory but it was over 90 outside.

We’ve stayed in this unit several times and we won’t stay anywhere else. The unit itself is fabulous and had everything we need, but we really come for the calm vibe/atmosphere of the resort itself. Perfect place to whale watch from your balcony or a lounge on the lawn.

Based off of the pictures online I was not expecting the view that we got. Amazing oceanfront view from the top floor with a beautiful panorama of the bay. Apartment was clean and well stocked with cookware and dining ware for making or eating meals in the suite. Property representatives were respectful and answered any questions as well as offered suggestions for places to eat and enjoy the day.

Definitely on my list to stay here when I come back.

Unit 604 has a wonderful ocean view and within steps of the ocean and beautiful beach. We have stayed here before and always enjoy our time at Kealia. The 'regulars' are friendly and were welcoming to our family who joined us this year. Location is perfect, property well maintained and Sherry was helpful as always. We arrived to the quickest check in ever. Found our unit and took a little walk about. It had everything we needed for the perfect stay. They view is incredible and the location is easy to head in any direction of the island to explore and enjoy vacation. Ya gotta know the bed was very comfortable too. Highly recommended, just don't book others when we want to come back please (winky face) !

We had an amazing time. The view was amazing. Condo very clean and equipped with everything we needed. First room has no AC and we were aware. There’s a fan in the closet and if you put it in the hall right outside the door it brings in cool air from the living room and the other room. I do recommend you bring your favorite pillow. The beds are not bad but I’m used to sleep number so I did not sleep great but that is not a complaint. Of course we have the bed we want at home. My favorite pillow would have really helped.

We were lucky to have found this quiet resort at the end of the beach. Easy access from the car which was important for my 88 yr old mom. great views from lanai every morning and evening and we were lucky enough to see frolicking whales offshore. Norma jean at the resort and Sherry at the controls made our vacation unforgettable. we likes it so much we were able to cancel the other place we were gonna stay and add on the last 3 nights in Maui. Room 604 has everything you could want or need for your stay here.

We have spent many trips to Kealia Condos. we have always enjoyed its location on the beach. We our room was as always very comfortable as usual. I did notice that the outside the property seemed dirty, especially in the parking areas and shorthanded on the land scaping. Hopefully next time there will be improvements.

Loved our time at this condo. Location was incredible, just steps from Sugar Beach. Condo was clean, well maintained, and perfect for our family. We had everything we needed. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to make great meals. Beach amenities in the condo and communal ones near the pool were super useful. Definitely looking forward to our next stay at this condo!

This condo was very nice. The view was fantastic. Great price. The only downside was no TV in the bedrooms but wasn’t a deal breaker for us. Sherry was very helpful. Overall, great experience.

The condo was exactly what we were wanted. It was clean and the kitchen was well equipped with everything you need to cook meals. The view from the living room and balcony are very nice. We watch the whales several times from the balcony. We had an enjoyable stay.

Great Resort Will be back Next Year

Love the Kealia overall. The condo we stayed in was nice. Kitchen was well laid out. Bathroom was a bit awkward with a funny corner door. Layout in the living room could do with another comfortable chair or love seat-if only two people it is fine. Couch was a little old and sagged. Staff are EXCELLENT! Very friendly and always helpful.

This was our second stay at Kealia Resort, and our first in the “Penthouse” condo. As the last resort on the north end of Sugar Beach, the location can’t be beat. Unit 604 is wonderful, lots of space, the trade winds kept it comfortable without AC, and the view from the lanai is second to none. We arrived after the office closed, but we were able to get in, and get access to the covered parking area, without any issues. We will stay here the next time we’re on Maui!

We had an excellent experience staying at Kihei Resort. Our view was amazing and the pool and ocean are literally steps away. The management was very helpful and nice. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful place to stay, this is it. Close to stores, restaurants as well.

The views of the ocean and sunset were beyond my expectations. The condo was clean and comfortable. The pool was very nice and the ocean is steps away from the building. We spent many nights walking the beach to get shave ice. Location couldn’t be beat. If I ever have the opportunity to visit Maui, I will definitely stay here again.

Just about perfect for us!
Second visit to Kealia.
ONLY sad thing is that the long perfect beach walk is no longer safe feeling due to homeless encampments and their occupants whose dish washing in the ocean is the good part. The negative is that they are a bit frightening to encounter as they seem devoid of law abiding behaviors.
Of course one can stay in their room and on the resort property and VERY much enjoy the visible surroundings!
For walkers this is a very sad loss. Hopefully Hawaiian authorities will soon clean up the situation.

We had the most wonderful vacation in 604 the kitchen is very nice! We loved walking to the bakery band the wonderful farmers market. Even thought the island was super busy you didn’t feel that at all while staying at Kealia. Sherry was also always wonderful and helpful! Thank you for letting stay in your home. Been staying at this property off and on since 1995.
Description of property was exactly as seen on the brochure. There's no beach that I have been to as nice, with the softest sand, anywhere else.
