Kihei Beach Resort 503

Kehei Beach Resort has the absolute best ocean views in Kihei. From the 5th floor, you get fantastic sounds of the ocean waves and birds. The bed is comfortable, linens and towels in great shape. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped. The bathroom is huge; tons of counter space, and an oversized walk-in shower. Overall extremely impressed with the unit. Minor maintenance requests were handled same-day. We’d definitely stay again.

The experience was great. The only two complaints are that we were driving a compact vehicle and even then the parking spaces where very tight. Also laundry rooms smell bad and washing machine and dryers also smelled bad and looked dirty so we decided to not use them. Other than that everything else was good. View of the whales on the ocean from out terrace was beautiful and condo was very nice and clean. I hope to return and stay here again next time I come to Maui. Thank you

Once moved to Unit 503 where all appliances and TV worked, all was great. We were able to enjoy our time there.

Clean condo it’s nice views of the ocean. Long walking beach out front. The condo is located in N Kihei— not real close to restaurants or bars. We had to drive to get to them. No beachfront dining nearby. Very clean and extremely well appointed with everything you need. One suggestion, buy two new chairs for deck— everything is so nice but the chairs are old and moldy.

Kihei Beach Resort 503

We really enjoyed our stay at Kihei Beach Resort. Our ocean front one-bedroom condo had plenty of room and was close to the ocean. It was stocked with everything we needed, including beach chairs and umbrellas in the lanai closet.

Review
This was our second visit to this particular condo. The view is outstanding! It was super clean when we arrived. The kitchen is well stocked although we wish it had a steamer for vegetables. Other than that all amenities are there. The beach chairs and umbrellas were perfect for our trips to the beach. We did not use the pool (we prefer the ocean for swimming). It’s close to everything and Sugar Beach is perfect for long walks. This is now our go-to condo for Maui!

We loved the view and easy access to the ocean and pool. The kitchen appears to be recently remodeled with a fabulous island countertop that helped us organize our days. Kitchen was fully equipped with appliances, silverware, dishes the works! We loved the utility closet that had water sports equipment including a big beach bag! The location was great for places we wanted to go like the Road to Hana, Hale, Haleakala Crater, Kaanapali and many restaurants. Thank you!

As always, the staff was excellent to work with and they always make our stay feel like a home away from home! The condo was super clean with all the basics in place. We love the beach chairs, towels and umbrellas (a must for the islands). Whales were in at record numbers this yea and the weather was perfect as always. This complex has the perfect location for access for everything on the island. We hope to day again in the near future.

Amazing beachfront get-a-way

Our Hawaiian vacation was spectacular. We stayed at the Kihei Beach Resort, and it was perfect. Beachfront, balcony overlooking the ocean, very clean accommodations, very friendly office staff, great access to beach, and eateries, stores, activities. LOVED IT! We will go back to this location every visit to Maui. Mahalo.

The view is spectacular. The condo was very well stocked. Had everything we needed and then some. Everything was very clean and comfortable. We loved it. Excellent location. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Condo well provisioned including great cookware. Appliances were modern and worked well. Very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed many breakfasts and lunches on the lanai. Management company provided prompt service on an issue we had with the door lock. We loved our stay and plan to come back.

This was one of the best equipped condos we have stayed in, down to being supplied with flashlights, which were needed during a short power outage! Beautiful condo with an amazing view, we spent most evenings just relaxing on the balcony. It’s also centrally located making everything easy to get to.
The only downside (and reason for maintenance score) was the elevator was under renovation for our entire stay, we weren’t planning on climbing that many stairs!!!

Nice Spacious Unit

The condo was clean, spacious, and has a great ocean view. The bed was comfy & there are plenty of good pots & pans, glassware, etc. The only downside is the grill area for the complex is back in the parking lot instead of oceanfront like most of the other area condos, but, this would not stop us from coming back. Sherry was very good to work with.
