Exceptional condo, easy access to the freeway, airport, etc. Amazing unobstructed view. Very quiet. Condo is well stocked. Very pleased, you will not be disappointed. This was one of the highlights of our first trip to Maui.

The television in the unit is very small and is NOT a smart tv. The rattan chairs are uncomfortable to watch TV or relax. The unit is clean except for the dirt that blew onto the lanai every evening.

First time renting a condo. It was great! The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location is great, besides being oceanfront there is a Farmers Market and ABC store right across the street.

This was our second time staying in this rental and it was just as great as it was 5 years ago. The building is well maintained and clean. The location is amazing with beautiful views and a long stretch of beach for morning walks. It's a great place if you're looking for relaxation but also close enough for plenty of fun activities. Would definitely recommend staying here and we will most likely be returning again!

Three groups of family members rented condos at the Kihei Beach Resort. It was the best choice! All the units were clean and well-stocked for our families. A plus was that there was plenty of space and yet still cozy enough to be welcoming. The location was ideal-- across the road from the Farmer's Market, the Sugar Beach Bakery and Shave Ice, and, most importantly the ABC Store. The views were breath-taking and we got a couple of pods of whales passing through right in front of the condos, so that was a plus.

A Beautiful Place to Stay

The condo, building and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The condo's view was amazing and kept drawing our eyes out to the ocean. It was very convenient to have an ABC store, a wonderful bakery and one of the island's best shaved ice stores across the street. The condo is a great place to relax and enjoy all that Maui has to offer.

Great pick

Our rental was clean, updated, and very conveniently located. Loved being beach front to a stretch of beach that wasn’t busy. It was nice that the rental has a cooler, beach chairs, and towels for you to use as you wish. We were extremely happy with this rental.

We loved the condo and the general store right across the street. The beach doesn't have the pretty blue water I was hoping for but I guess that has to do with which direction the beach faces. Other than that,we loved our stay and the place was very clean.

The resort was close to everything we wanted to see and do. A great location. The beach was beautiful and clean, plus the view was amazing. I would recommend this resort to anyone who is going to Maui.

We had an incredible stay at Kihei Beach Resort in room 505. We had an amazing view of the very quiet and private beach.The room was well supplied with dishes, pillows, blankets, beach chairs, cooler, and everything else we could possibly need. Our stay was very comfortable including, mattresses, showers, and all the furniture inside and out. This unit exceeded our expectations!

The condo felt like it needed some personal attention. When we arrived we couldn’t open the slider or screen doors. Mgmt company (Sherrie) came to our rescue. Everything was comfortable just didn’t feel any love put into it. Absolutely fabulous view. We just didn’t feel like it was worth the price charged. Would stay at the resort again, but probably not that unit.

Disappointing. They were doing loud construction all week at the site, and there was no previous communication that was going to happening. The bedding was dingy. The screen doors were very hard to operate. The general condition of the property was poor. The pool was nice and at least the elevator was working.

Condo was nice. Second day there the air conditioning went out. Could not get hold of anyone to talk to. Office was under construction and all of the phone numbers we were given we could only leave voice mail. Finally got hold of someone and were told it was under maintenance and possibly fixed in 2 days. Which meant no air for 3 of our 5 days and to make things worse they shut the water off in our condo for 2 days also while were there. We received an email saying quote "Hopefully the fix is f good. Please do not turn AC below 70". Never will rent from them again. They reimbursed us one night.

Dale and Brendas vacation

3rd time for 3 weeks Nov. - Dec...Re-booked for next year. Great property. Very clean and well-managed, other than the screaming kids which is not their fault.
