Thank you, thank you, thank you! We absolutely loved staying in your condo on Maui and hope to visit again. I would recommend your condo to any traveler heading to Maui. It was easy to get to and the atmosphere was low key, right on the beach and centrally located!

I enjoyed staying here. It was a great location! We woke up to the view of the ocean and saw the sunset at night. My only complaint was that the mattress was very uncomfortable and made it difficult to fall and stay asleep.

Outstanding.. There is no question about the location. Kids enjoyed a lot playing outside and the lawn was pleasant. I felt like a best place to stay.
I would like to point one importing thing about the lanai. The lanai has great ocean views but we have to be very cautious when it is wet. There was on and off showers and when kids played on the lawn the floor easily becomes wet. I felt a bit scared when I slipped a bit and my kids slipped couple of times and fell on the floor but luckily no major injury happened. I feel the floor on the lanai should be changed or a big mat should exist on the floor to avoid injuries.

I wasn’t completely happy and here’s why...i had problem looking the front door, which i called and they did fix...but why not check that BEFORE the person arrives? Ok then slow AC, only box in room, so that wasn’t good, then problem with ice machine ...at this point I thought just forget it...i don’t want to spend my whole vacation getting their place repaired, they should be up in all this.

The grounds and location were gorgeous. The kids absolutely loved the green grass area, and meeting friends there to play with. The time share people that worked there were shady. I caught the night manager peeking under our lanai shade, after I put my children to sleep. He jumped back when I called out asking what he was doing. Also got an email basically accusing us of having more that my family stay in the unit. It is a very small units, with only 1 bed, and a pullout couch. There was barely room for the 4 of us. The only other people in the unit at all, were other families we met that were also staying there. I asked the office where I checked in how to open the tennis court, and she just asked what room was I in. When I told her, she said it wasn't "one of theirs", and wouldn't answer my question. Never did figure out how to use the tennis court.

Loved the location of the property and proximity to the ocean / beach. I loved that we were on the ground level and could walk right out from our porch. The full kitchen was great to make food and have groceries. The bathroom and shower were updated and nice. The bedroom had AC which was great. The only thing that could be better was the bed / mattress was not comfortable.

Clean, basic & small, great for us! Good view, &sunset! Not much to walk to, but that’s not what we were after. Loved the walk in and out, whale watching and turtle spotting!

My husband and I had a great stay here for part of our honeymoon. Kuleana is a small, safe community with nice grounds: shuffleboard, pool, grills, landscaping. We found everyone there neighborly and check-in was a breeze. There's water access to a rocky beach (not a sandy beach), where we saw turtles feeding. Lovely water views right from the porch. The unit itself (308) was clean and comfortable with plenty of bathroom towels, kitchen tools, and a handy Hawaii guidebook. The space is maybe a little dated (furniture/decor-wise), but well maintained. Having AC in the bedroom was a plus. We took advantage of the laundry room in the next building, which was easy to access and clean. Best of all, the location met our needs nicely: easy drive to Kapalua or Ka'anapali Beaches.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here. The view from the back patio was amazing and spent most mornings right there, as well as, most evenings watching the sunset. Perfect for a couple that just want to get away from things and relax.

The condo was exactly as advertised and the photos are real (as opposed to photoshopped). We loved being a few steps from the pool and a few more steps to the beach. The beach is a turtle sanctuary and we loved going out and watching them feed on seaweed in the rocks. The best time of day was near sunset. It seemed everyone would gather and watch the sun going down while grilling their dinner. The resort is well maintained and cared for. We might also add that we felt safe here.....everyone felt like family to us.

The condo is in an excellent location. Every morning and evening was spent taking in the gorgeous ocean view from our lanai. The condo itself is simple but clean. Amenities are very minimal and need updating. The frying pans are old, there are few plates and cutlery. There are absolutely no condiments or everyday cooking essentials provided (salt, pepper, spices, tin foil, Saran Wrap, coffee filters). It would have been nice to have complimentary coffee available for our first morning. The patio furniture is very basic and worn out. They do not provide beach chairs or any beach accessories. Your money is paying for the view, which is absolutely amazing! We saw whales in the distance, turtles swimming and sun bathing and beautiful sunsets. We would definitely return to this resort but would be looking for a condo that has more of these amenities. If there were a few upgrades to the amenities we definitely would return to this condo as the view is stunning and the people at the resort super friendly!

My family and I had the most amazing vacation in Maui. It was wonderful to wake up and go for an early walk to the beach to see big big turtles and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. Enjoy the sunset while having dinner and drinking a glass of wine. This location is perfect and the place is awesome

Excellent views, convenient location
My husband, two young kids and myself stayed in this unit for 8 days. On our typical morning we woke up and took our coffee on the short :30 second walk through the lush tropical landscape to the beach to watch the whales frolic just off shore. The sea turtles are everywhere in the water so we got an early morning snorkel in where we left from the sandy beach and then climbed out via the ladder on the rocky peninsula. After showering at the shower by the beach we got dressed for tennis. We were teaching our kids how to play so used the court for an hour or so (this unit provides racquets and balls which is an added bonus). By the time we were done playing tennis we would get ready for the pool which is cleaned meticulously every morning. We would hang out by the pool playing or reading books until lunch time. Many morning we had the entire pool to ourselves except an older gentleman doing laps. After lunch we typically played ping pong (tables in the rec area by the office) or shuffle board which is located in the lush landscape between the unit and the BBQs. My mid afternoon we were ready to play at the beach where we snorkeled, built sand castles or boogie boarded. There are two sandy beaches divided by a rocky outcropping. One beach to the far south of the property and one mixed rock and sand patch beach on the far north of the property. In early afternoon we would grab a bbq which is right on the ocean and grill up dinner. Every evening the torches are set at sunset and a resident play the conch shell in the setting sun. It is magical and beautiful watching the setting sun right in front of you. 308 was clean, well stocked with plates and utensils. The shower is updated. The living room has shades to draw in the hot setting sun afternoon. The kids loved using the putting green right in front of 308. You can rent out a putter and balls from the office. If you like a sophisticated, serene environment with like minded people who are also there to enjoy hawaiis natural beauty then book this unit right away. If you want to party and play loud music talk loud and aggressively and stay up to all hours of the night this property is NOT for you.

The resort was in good conditions, the description of the condo is very accurate. I love the fact that the apartment is equipped very well. They have all you need for a kitchen, living room, bathroom and room! The outside areas is clean, a calm place, amazing sunsets and ocean view from the porch. The ocean is very close but they don’t have a beach, you may find some around the area that are very nice!! Most people surf near the resort. They may need a new mattress tho, the sleeper sofa needs a new mattress. Overall it’s a very good place to stay and I would definitely stay there again.
