Kuleana Resort 602

We have stayed at Kuleana Resort multiple times. This was the 1st time in this unit. I will say that although the location is wonderful this particular unit was very dated. The dishes were chipped, freezer kept opening every time we opened the refrigerator and my husband had to use electrical tape(he always carries it)to keep the freezer closed. 1 partial roll of paper towels and 3 trash bags for a 10 day rental was not sufficient. We also let the front desk know that the sprinkler off of the lani was broken and spraying the entire lani every morning, the first morning while my husband and I were having our coffee. No one ever came and fixed it and we had to put something on it every night. I would recommend Kuleana but not this unit.

This is a return visit to Kuleana and we could not be happier. The property is quiet, lush, and inviting. We come here to relax and listen to the ocean waves. Could not be more perfect! We will return again and again !

I love staying at the Kuleana when I travel to Maui. With that being said, however, they need to do a better job keeping up on the ant problem in the units. We had ants everywhere and even in an unopened box of cereal which was totally disgusting to finish your bowl of cereal and see ants floating in it. They also need to allow floating devices in the pool so people that travel 4,000 miles can relax on their vacation. Have limitations if needed, but they should be allowed.

I've stayed at the Kuleana multiple times now and I have to say I really love the location of this condo. To be able to walk straight out and no one in front of you is pretty amazing. Unit was great although we weren't prepared to restock our items and never had to do that previously so that was a surprise. Nothing extra in this unit like spices or anything so make sure you get everything you need. Otherwise perfectly perfect to spend the week.

This unit needs some upgrading . It has a great location, as the lawn and ocean is out the front lanai. The accessories need some improving. There is only one beach chair. Ice maker in the frig doesn’t work. Functionally as a place to stay, and location it is adequate.

We lived staying at your resort. The location by the ocean and beach is incredible! The grounds are beautifully cared for. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool. We would definitely stay here again!

This home is quite expensive. The view is fantastic however there is no actual beach access. Washroom has a very bad shower head that needs to be changed up otherwise it was perfect.

We were informed the day before our arrival that the room we booked was in need of repairs due to an emergency water pipe leak, and that we would be moved. At first, we were told we would need to move multiple times throughout our week in Maui. I asked if we could stay in one room to avoid the nuisance of packing up and moving mid-trip, and after what sounded like a lot of work from staff I was informed they were able to accommodate this request. The situation was handled very professionally and we were very grateful.

The room itself was perfect for our needs. The finishes aren't as exotic as you might find at the Ritz down the street, but neither are the prices. I am recommending anyone I know interested in visiting Maui to check this place out!

Definitely a great location, nice pool, adequate space for two but couch could be used for two more. Love the ground floor. You can snorkle in front but not much corral. however lots of turtles. :) We also saw whales every day right from the yard.

This room is in a great location, but a very mediocre room. I normally do not fill out reviews unless the property was amazing. However room 602 needs some TLC, this was just a just a low end room. The Kuleana resort was fantastic and the grounds and swimming pool were well maintained and staff was very professional and easy to work with.
